We believe that you will be satisfied with the products purchased from Jiangsu Haut Mechanical Co., Ltd., but sometimes you may need to return them to us.
1. Return and replacement period
In case of all returns, please contact the Customer Service Department at+86-13952766075 within 24 hours after receiving the goods to explain the reason why the product is not applicable.
2. Return and replacement conditions, specific process, return and replacement address
If we accept your reason for return, we will send you the return reference number, which must be used in any correspondence from then on.
Then, we will arrange the return and return it to our factory: Runfeng Road, Chengbei Industrial Park, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China
Unused items shall be returned in the original packaging with all attachments and documents attached.
Once the goods are returned to our factory, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you through your original payment method minus any transportation costs.
Items damaged during transportation:
Before signing for the goods, the customer should check for any visible/invisible damage.
If there is any damage to the goods, please call our office immediately to record the situation, and we will instruct you to either sign “Damaged Goods” on the delivery note or simply refuse to deliver the goods.
If this is not possible, the delivery note should be marked “Damaged”
If any item is damaged during transportation, you must report it to us within 1 hour so that we can register a claim with the relevant transportation company and instruct you in the next steps.
Failure of goods upon arrival:
If your product fails upon arrival, please inform us of the failure in time.
Items shall be returned in their original packaging with all attachments and documents.
Once these items are collected and returned to Jiangsu Haut Mechanical Co., Ltd. for evaluation, and we have confirmed the failure, we will return the repaired machine and replace it or refund it in full through your original payment method.
3. Who bears the return and replacement freight
Please note that the freight is not refundable, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of the goods is suitable for transportation.
